NEED COMPLAINT LETTER REVISED

NEED THIS COMPLAINT LETTER REWRITTEN ANDREVISED

my wallet was left in rental car and it had 200.00 in wallet. I was able to get wallet back this morning but money was gone so employee stole money and only left a credit card in wallet

see below letter and fix and enhance :

Dear Alamo,

My experience renting a car from your company has always been a good one however with my latest rental return it has become very frustrating and the customer service level has been so poor that I am compelled to write this letter.

The trouble started when returned my rental ( RA # 766828253). Once I returned the car I noticed I left my wallet in the car. So once I returned home I filled out a report online for my wallet. Since the lost and found department is only open 8:00-5:00pm I returned this morning and asked a customer service agent If my wallet had been found. It took at least a hour before they were able to locate my wallet. The good news my wallet was found. The bad news is my money was missing (50 Dollar bill, 20’s and 1’s which add up to added up to 200.00). The rep only said “SORRY” this is very disturbing that you have employees who are not honest or have integrity. If my wallet was turned in who was the employee who turned in my wallet? Who cleaned the car? I need answers! I will be filing a police report and also filing a complaint with The Business Better Bereau because this is not acceptable. I have been a long time renter with Alamo and I have never had any issues like this. I’m requesting this to be investigated ( Cameras/video footage) I’m also requesting due to my issue I be fully refunded for my entire car rental also at 2-3 days for free for car rental.

Additionally, I urge your company to review its internal practices. If you have employees who will steal from customers I’m sure they will do the same to you as a company! I demand for this to be rectified.

Sincerely,

Sports Marketing Home Schedule

Marketing a sport facility is a major component of facility management. It is something that all sport facility managers must be able to do if their facility is to be successful. Sport facility marketing requires a strategy that considers the local audience, the capabilities of the facility and staff, and the goals for the facility.

For this assignment, you will choose College Football Team (Coastal Carolina University) in your local area. You will take on the task of developing a strategy for marketing the team’s home schedule that could be presented to the team or facility executives. Then you will write a two-page paper detailing your proposed strategy. References are not required for this assignment, but you may include them if you want to provide more depth to your paper.

Steps for completing the assignment are as follows:

  1. Select a high school or college team in your local area. If you are deployed military or living in a location that is not local to you, you may select a team from your hometown.
  2. Secure a copy of an upcoming home event schedule. Schedules can typically be found by using a search engine and typing in “[name of school] [type of sport] schedule” (e.g., “Anywhere, USA High School football schedule”).
  3. Consider what you know about the team’s fan base and the local community, then:
    1. determine which four events would be good for specialty nights (e.g., use of promotions, giveaways, fireworks, etc.), and explain why, and
    2. determine the specific strategies you would recommend the team or facility pursue to guarantee a sellout for one additional event, and explain why.
  4. Read the instructor feedback from the last assignment and apply it as you write this paper.
  5. Write the paper. Include in the content:
    1. an introduction naming the sport team you chose,
    2. an overview of the fan base and local community,
    3. the strategy (strategies) you recommend for accomplishing the items in Step 3 above,
    4. a summary of your overall marketing plan for the team’s season, and
    5. your analysis of whether the schedule will effectively market the team. Use critical thought and support your reasoning.
  6. Submit your paper according to the information provided below.

Paper requirements are as follows:

  • Write a minimum of two double-spaced pages.
  • Address the topic of the paper using critical thought. The required information listed above should clearly stand out and be unambiguous. Otherwise, it will be determined to be missing.
  • Ensure that you have prepared a detailed, thoughtful marketing proposal that could be presented to the team or facility executives.
  • Ensure that all parts of your paper are formatted according to the APA style as detailed in the approved APA manual.
  • Include a title page that includes:
    • title of paper,
    • your name, and
    • university name.
  • Include an introductory section at the start of your paper.
  • Include the following first-level headings:
    • Overview of [the Sport Team]
    • Recommended Strategies
    • Summary of Overall Marketing Plan for [the Sport Team]
    • Analysis of How Schedule Will Market [the Sport Team]
    • Conclusion

NU 310 – Last Assignment

NU310-6: Synthesize research evidence for best practice to improve patient outcomes.

Read this Article

The purpose of this assignment is for you to incorporate research evidence into a clinical model for a practice change. Using the Iowa Model for Evidence Based Practice as a guide, develop a concept map/schematic that shows the pathways necessary for a clinical change that you would like to see implemented in your current practice setting.

The concept map should include the 7 steps below in schematic format:

1. Formulate a clinical problem that is nursing sensitive and patient focused. Develop a PICO statement to articulate a research question>

P=Population (Who is your population of interest to be affected?)

I= Intervention (What intervention will you implement to address the clinical problem?)

C= Comparison (Will you be comparing one intervention with another or an intervention with existing protocols?)

O= Outcome (What is the desired outcome from the intervention?)

T= Time (How long will the change take to implement?)

2. Determine organizational commitment

3. Develop a team to gather and appraise evidence

4. Determine if reasonable evidence exists to implement the clinical change

5. Implement a pilot change to test the feasibility

6. Evaluate the change/plan

7. Disseminate the results.

The schematic/concept map should fit on one page. On a separate page, explain the rationale and process of each step of your model (briefly), incorporating references as cite sources in correct 6th edition APA style and format. You do not need to include a title page for this assignment. Provide your reference list on a separate page, with between 4-5 current scholarly references. The total submission should be no more than 3 pages.

Long bio paper

 GIVEN GENE IS eyeless (ey)

Talking points for the ‘body’ of the paper.

The Introduction section of the review started with the heading: Introduction. The main part of the paper, or “body” is a series of sections that explores gene function in more detail. I would like your paper body to have 3 sections. You can have more than 3. Each of these also with a heading. Here is the first section:

Functions of X during Drosophila development. (or something like that). Remember you were admonished to leave out some things about gene function in the Introduction. Here is where they get put in.

1a. Describe details of X expression and function. Your gene is likely expressed in more than one place and time, and so it is involved in more than one aspect of development. You will need at least one Figure for this. So likely a Figure 2 will be cited here, and it will be of pictures that you have lifted from the literature here and there. Remember how to cite figures in your paper. Don’t include these figures though. Just cite them. Remember figures go into a later section in the manuscript. Along the way, address…

1b. What is controlling your genes’ expression. Your gene is controlled by other genes. Please describe a bit of this.

2. Gene function(s). Over some paragraphs, describe the various functions of your gene in Drosophila, and how we know about those functions. Here you would explore structural features of the protein product, and how that tells us certain aspects of function. Phenotypes from mutations of the gene needs to be brought up here. This reinforces views of the genes’ function. Can by amorphic, hypomorphic, or you can describe both. Sometimes you will encounter descriptions of temperature-sensitive mutations. These are especially interesting. Cite one or more figures that you will include later. You should have a figure supporting these findings about gene function – about protein structural features and about mutant phenotypes. This figure can be either part of Figure 2 (a figure with multiple pictures or “panels”) or it can be a new figure – Figure 3. Your choice.

3. Transgenic studies (optional). [NOTE: If this is done, and if it gets lengthy, I would make this a separate section. You would then have 2 of the 3 required sections in your body.] For many genes, up-front knowledge about the gene function comes from manipulating expression of the gene in transgenic fruit flies. This enters into some pretty intricate terminology about the genetic constructs that are made and what they do. If you embark on this, as ever I remind you that I can help explain the terminology.

4. Here are some more pointers about preparing the ground for figures. In these paragraphs you will be citing various figures that give visual support to telling your reader about your gene. To be clear, you will need to A. take screen shots of figures from the literature. Be sure to keep track of your sources, though! You will need that for citations of those sources.  B. You can certainly have multiple pictures (panels) in one figure, and these panels can be from different sources. C. The text in the body pertaining to the figure should describe some details about the figure (as in don’t leave the reader wondering what the heck the figure is or why it’s there). But you don’t need to provide exhaustive, exacting detail. The figures will have captions (to be written later), and the captions provide the necessary high detail. D. You can draw your own figure! That’s right! I mean an original figure, not a tracing from the literature. This can be done by hand, for example, and then photographed and made ready to insert. If you find the photo quality is poor, then feel free to email it to me. I have very sophisticated software and lots

of experience in processing pictures.

Later sections of the body: Following that earlier section about gene function, I would like you to build two more sections (more if you want). Each with its own sub-title. Here is a menu you might choose from.

1. The significance of X in other animals. (Again, you can certainly choose wording).

2. Possible roles of X during evolution of animal body plans. Or you can describe some comparative studies. Is a gene controlling segmentation in Drosophila used as such in other arthropods? In vertebrates?

3. The specific roles of X during human development. Normal development.

4. The roles of X in human disorders. Birth defects. Cancer. Whatever comes up.

Remember: In these sections you will want more figures, separate from figures you’ve done so far. There will later be captions for these figures.

REMEMBER ALSO:

I need this to be TRIPLE SPACED.

Append REFERENCES to the end of the Discussion. For now these can just be url addresses – but for real papers. Those should include actual papers. Not just citations of FlyBase, or The Interactive Fly or whatever.

The assignment (2-3 pages):

Developing an accurate profile of a serial or mass murderer is a tricky task. Although some characteristics are common to many serial murderers—for example, the majority of serial murderers are men—other characteristics, such as the motivation to kill, vary considerably. Therefore, it becomes impossible to describe all the characteristics of a serial murderer accurately without some type of guiding framework. The guiding framework and key profiling technique criminal profilers use is known as a typology. Typologies aid in the construction of a criminal profile by illustrating the categories or types of serial murderers. These same typologies often are applied to mass murderers as well. All serial and mass murderers who fall into one particular category share a range of characteristics such as personality traits and social skills. Serial and mass murderers can be classified into typologies based on evidence gathered at the crime scenes, such as the weapon used to murder the victim or whether the body was moved. After a criminal profiler successfully categorizes a serial or mass murderer, the profiler can describe other characteristics of the offender, such as age and employment status. Typologies also help in the construction of a psychological profile of serial and mass murderers.

To prepare for this assignment:

  • Review the article “Criminal Profiling from Crime Scene Analysis.” Consider how the stages of the criminal-profile-generating process relate to the classification of a serial killer into a particular typology.
  • Review the section titled “Motivations and Types of Serial Murder: The Symposium Model” in the article entitled “Serial Murder: Multi-Disciplinary Perspectives for Investigators.” Reflect on how the FBI uses information about the motivation to murder when constructing a murderer’s profile.
  • Review Chapter 5 of your course text, Profiling Violent Crimes: An Investigative Tool. Pay attention to the characteristics, such as personality traits, that separate disorganized asocial serial murderers from organized nonsocial serial murderers. This chapter discusses these typologies as they relate to all types of violent criminals. For this class, however, you can apply these typologies to serial and mass murderers.
  • Review Chapter 7 of your course text, Profiling Violent Crimes: An Investigative Tool. Focus on the differences between visionary, mission, hedonistic, and power/control serial murderers to understand the behavior of various types of murderers. Also, pay attention to the crime scene elements that help in the evaluation and creation of an accurate profile of a serial murderer.
  • Review the interactive media titled Criminal Profiling—Crime Scene Analysis. Focus on the six core steps of the criminal-profile-generating process. Consider the key similarities between the crimes and crime scenes in the interactive media.
  • With these similarities in mind, identify the typologies (disorganized or organized; visionary, mission, hedonistic, or power/control) you would use to describe the murderer.
  • Based on the typologies you identified, consider specific characteristics you would include in a profile of the murderer.

The assignment (2-3 pages):

  • Briefly describe the key similarities between the crimes and crime scenes in the interactive media.
  • Based on the similarities you described, explain whether you would use the disorganized asocial offender or the organized nonsocial offender typology to describe the murderer and why.
  • Explain whether you would use the visionary, mission, hedonistic, or power/control murderer typology to describe the murderer and why.
  • Explain how the typologies you used to describe the murderer can help you construct a profile. In your explanation, briefly describe some of the characteristics you would include in the profile and explain why you would include each.

marketing management discussion

From the video, Creating the Marketing Plan, answer the following:

  • All of you will need to use external research to write your marketing plan. All academic writing is based on references, and there is a difference in the quality of references that you will find. You are required to use peer-reviewed, academic references to support your work.
  • In your own words, what is a peer-reviewed, academic reference and why is this necessary? How can you avoid plagiarism when you are using academic references?
  • Search the Strayer University Library or Internet for an article that supports your statement and post the link in your discussion, using SWS formatting, for everyone to read.
  • Read and respond to at least one of your classmates’ posts.

Here is your fun “voting” opportunity for this week.

Sometime events in the world around you can impact your business.  You may have no control over this, but you need to respond.  Read the attached article and vote on how you would respond.  Would you change the hot dog packaging.  Would you change the bun packaging. Or, would you change nothing and hope for the best.
