Proposal for Organizational Learning Issues

Proposal for Organizational Learning Issues

Overview

Using the information from Identifying the Organizational Learning Issue and the supporting documents, you must create a proposal for your CEO explaining the issue and implementation recommendations in transitioning the individual learning to organizational learning. Refer to the Week 8 Project Proposal template for additional information on the content of each section of the proposal.

Instructions

Write a 5–7 page proposal addressing the following points using the provided section headers to organize your paper.

Section 1: Project Summary

  • Summarize your findings along with the implementation recommendations.

Section 2: Project Background

  • Determine the issue that has disconnected the culture and organizational learning based on the three selected mystifications from Identifying the Organizational Learning Issue assignment.
  • Critique the current OLMs’ hindrance to organizational learning and provide your recommendation(s) for the organization to address the issue.

Section 3: Project Goals and Methodology

  • Defend the one OLM that is suitable (that is, the OLM identified in the Identifying the Organizational Learning Issues assignment) for the organization’s training and (or) learning circumstances, then suggest three pros and three cons of implementing the selected OLM. Next, diagnose the possible source that has prevented productive learning within the organization and support your recommendation(s) for a permanent change.
  • Suggest two talent-management strategies designed to prepare the organization for its readiness to share knowledge and maintain a learning environment.

Section 4: Project Risk Management

  • Elaborate on two high-resistance risks to this transition. Outline a plan for managing each resistance risk.
  • Generate a high-quality After-Action Review (AAR) to monitor the effectiveness of the transition from individual to organization learning.
  • Specify one training technique for the organization to introduce this new way of learning to the workforce. Next, examine whether the current organizational structure and processes can support transition from individual learning to organizational learning.
  • Use at least five quality academic references in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia does not qualify as an academic resource.
  • Use the Project Proposal template located here

Psychology Statistics Assignment

 Descriptive Statistics Data Analysis

This exercise requires the use of a descriptive statistics calculator. You can find this tool in some versions of Excel (as part of the Analysis ToolPak) or you can use one of the many free online descriptive calculators such as the Descriptive Statistics Calculator (Links to an external site.) by Calculator Soup.

Your instructor will post an announcement with the data set for your Week 1 assignment.

First, use either Excel or the Calculator Soup descriptive statistics calculator to calculate the descriptive statistics for the given data set. This is explained in Chapter 1 of your course text.

You should get an output similar to the image in Figure 1.3 from your textbook. This output must contain the following values: mean, standard error, median, mode, standard deviation, sample variance, kurtosis, skewness, range, minimum, maximum, sum, and count.

Next, begin writing your paper by reporting your results for each of the values listed above.

Include the data set, the output from the analysis, and the answers to the following questions:

  • Evaluate the measures of central tendency. Address the following when completing this component:
    • Which measure of central tendency is most appropriate based on the data type?
    • Are the mean, median, and mode close to the same value? If not, what does this tell you about the numbers in the set?
    • Identify any mode(s) in the data set. Is there a mode at all? Is there more than one mode?
  • Calculate manually the interquartile range and the values of Q1 and Q3. (It is important to calculate this manually because the interquartile range and quartiles output from Calculator Soup might not be accurate.) Address the following when completing this component:
    • Test to see if there are any outliers in the set. If so, which number(s)?
    • Which method from Section 2.4 of the text did you first use to check for outliers?
    • Now try the other method from Section 2.4 of the text. Do you come to the same conclusion about outliers in the data set?
  • Explain which descriptive statistic you think best summarizes this set of numbers and why.
  • Choose three of the descriptive statistics that you feel best represent this data set. Why were they chosen?

The Descriptive Statistics Data Analysis assignment

  • Must be two to three double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA Style as outlined in the Writing Center’s APA Style (Links to an external site.) resource.
  • Must include a separate title page with the following:
    • Title of paper
    • Student’s name
    • Course name and number
    • Instructor’s name
    • Date submitted

Scatter plot

Instructions to begin your Scatter Plot Assignment:

In this assignment, you will create a Scatter Plot representing data from one of the datasets provided using the instructions below. There are several steps; please ensure you complete all of them in sequential order.
1. Copy the list of data (ctrl c) from the document you have just downloaded.
2. Click here to go to the http://www.alcula.com/calculators/statistics/scatter-plot/
3. Delete any numbers that may appear in the Scatter Plot Generator textbox by clicking ‘Reset’ located at the bottom of the textbox.
4. Paste (ctrl v) the list of data in the text box. The data are formatted correctly, so please do not re-format. Paste the data exactly as you have copied it from the document. Click ‘Submit Data’.
5. Click ‘Scatter Plot’ located immediately above the text box.
5. A Scatter Plot representing the plotted points of the 2 independent variables in your dataset will appear.
6. Save the Scatter Plot image to your computer as a png as follows: Right click on the Scatter Plot image, then click on ‘save image as’ and save to your computer as a png file. DO NOT save as a web page.

In Part 2 of this assignment, you will describe the relationship between the variables in your dataset by interpreting the Scatter Plot that you have created. You will describe this relationship by answering the following questions:
1. Insert the Scatter Plot you have created into your post.
2. Describe the following characteristics of the correlation result as interpreted from the Scatter Plot you just created
– strength
– direction
3. Is this a Pearson r Scatter Plot or a Spearman Rho Scatter Plot? Justify your answer.
4. Based on your interpretation of the Scatter Plot you have created, formulate a null hypothesis consistent with these results.
5. Are there outliers in this data set? How do you assess for these when interpreting a Scatter Plot?
6. What additional information do you need to determine if this correlation is statistically significant? Does the Scatter Plot provide this information? If the correlation is statistically significant, does that mean you reject or fail to reject H0?

Company Analysis Report Apple Inc

I am needing a research paper written that is similar to the last uploaded paper, but this one has 40% plagiarism on it. The paper needs to be written about Apple Inc, with the below references to be used as well, not all but they have to be used for the paper

This paper is a 750-word (3 to 4 text pages) study of how the company that you have chosenactually uses data in its operations. There are specific content sections that you need to cover, and your paper must follow general APA guidelines for citation of references. In all other respects, please follow my example paper (attached) in format. And, as a general rule, no quotations unless absolutely required. Instead, summarize your source and cite.

 Content

Introduction: This 50-word (or less) preview of the entire paper helps us know your central points. No source citations needed here.

The Company: This is a brief description of the company, its industry and its competitors. In this section you will provide a broad overview of the company and the world in which it operates. Try to limit this section to about 100 words. No long histories.

The Topic: How does the company use data? Using the reports that you have uploaded plus any other articles that you may find using the ESU library databases, examine how your company uses data in its operations. This is not a “the company should ….” paper. This is a “the company uses data by …” paper. Show with your source material howthe company actually uses data in decision makingor operations control or any other business manner. This is not a stockanalysis of the firmnor should you do a financial analysis of the firm. You do not have to find the “smoking gun” where the CEO says “we use data by ….” However, you should not assume the use of data by your own conventional wisdom. No “of course they use data because …” or anything like that. This is a business analysis, not an opinion paper. Find the evidence, analyze the evidence and write about the evidence and your analysis of it. This section is the bulk of your paper. This section should be about 500 words.

Conclusions: Finally, what results has the company and/or industry had in using this type of data analysis? What positive or negative impacts have there been? Are there any suggestions from the industry or from experts on the subject? What have you learned overall? This section should be about 100 words.

References: List the references that you actually cite in your paper. All references in this section must be cited in the paper and vice versa. Use the APA format for in-text source citation and for the References listing of sources

Global Wireless

In this discussion we’re looking at wireless networks, mostly focusing on mobile networks.  Mobile networks in a global economy can be a challenge for multiple reasons. First, governments in other countries control the mobile networks.  Second is the technology.  Mobile networks in other countries might not be as good as the mobile networks within the US.  As a global company, how can we deal with this?  With a big push for 5G, which has speeds well over 2Gbps, how does that change the way you do business?  What are some things you need to think about when it comes to doing business globally, using a wireless mobile network?

Please make your initial post and two response posts substantive. A substantive post will do at least two of the following:

  • Ask an interesting, thoughtful question pertaining to the topic
  • Answer a question (in detail) posted by another student or the instructor
  • Provide extensive additional information on the topic
  • Explain, define, or analyze the topic in detail
  • Share an applicable personal experience
  • Provide an outside source that applies to the topic, along with additional information about the topic or the source (please cite properly in APA)
  • Make an argument concerning the topic.
  • Provide atleast 3 references
  • Provide in-text citations.

Initial Post: 700 words

Response: 250 words each

Capstone Project Topic Selection and Approval 750 words by 05/28/2021 at 6:00 pm

Capstone Project Topic Selection and Approval

In collaboration with the approved course preceptor, students will identify a specific evidence-based topic for the capstone project change proposal. Students should consider the clinical environment in which they are currently employed or have recently worked. The capstone project topic can be a clinical practice problem, an organizational issue, a leadership or quality improvement initiative, or an unmet educational need specific to a patient population or community. The student may also choose to work with an interprofessional collaborative team.

Students should select a topic that aligns to their area of interest as well as the clinical practice setting in which practice hours are completed.

Write a 500-750 word description of your proposed capstone project topic. Include the following:

  1. The problem or issue, intervention, quality initiative, educational need, or collaborative interprofessional team project that will be the focus of the change proposal.
  2. The setting or context in which the problem or issue, intervention, quality initiative, educational need, or collaborative interprofessional team project can be observed.
  3. A description (providing a high level of detail) regarding the problem or issue, intervention, quality initiative, educational need, or collaborative interprofessional team project.
  4. Effect of the problem or issue, intervention, quality initiative, educational need, or collaborative interprofessional team project.
  5. Significance of the topic and its implications for nursing practice.
  6. A proposed solution to the identified project topic with an explanation of how it will affect nursing practice.

You are required to cite to a minimum of eight peer-reviewed sources to complete this assignment. Sources must be published within the last 5 years, appropriate for the assignment criteria, and relevant to nursing practice. Plan your time accordingly to complete this assignment.

This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.

You are required to submit this assignment to LopesWrite. Refer to the LopesWrite Technical Support articles for assistance.

Assignment: Methodology: Reliability and Validity Factors

The key to developing a quality Prospectus, Proposal, and Dissertation is that all components must be aligned, with a logical flow of ideas from one section to the next. In other words, your population and sampling plan must be logically connect with—going back– your methodology, research design, research questions, purpose, and problem statement. What will answer your research question? For example, if the gender of your population is irrelevant in answering your research question, then you need not seek a population for data collection that includes an equal number of men and women, nor do you need to ask participants their gender on a survey. In this Assignment, you will identify, explain, and create aspects of your methodology, to include selection of method; alignment among sections; population; data collection; reliability, validity, and ethical issues; and data analysis.

Review the readings, websites, and media listed in this week’s Learning Resources, write 3-4 pages on the following:

  • Describe, briefly, the design you have selected, and whether your design supports quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods research.
  • Describe, briefly, the methodology you have selected, whether quantitative, qualitative, or mixed. (THIS IS A QUALITATIVE STUDY)
  • Explain why you chose this design and method and how you differentiate design from method. In what ways it is a logical method to answer your research question?
  • Describe the alignment and consistency of the research questions, research design, and methodology.
  • Describe, briefly, the population or type of data you plan to sample for your Dissertation, and why.
  • Describe the data collection and sampling methods you plan to use and explain why you plan to use them.
  • Describe at least two issues (e.g., reliability, validity, and/or ethical issues) that might arise when using the data collection and sampling methods.
  • Explain how you would prevent and/or minimize each of these issues.
  • Describe the specific type of analysis you might use (ANOVA, MANOVA, SEM, theming, concept analysis, etc.) to analyze your data and explain why.  Be specific.

Support your Assignments with specific references to all resources used in its preparation. You are asked to provide a reference list for all resources, including those in the Learning Resources for this course.

Assessment 2

-Analysing factual  texts

This assignment requires students to assess and critically analyse one or two of the key issues, concepts, keywords or themes raised across the module in some detail. The assignment must address the above by paying specific reference to examples drawn from one of the following factual formats listed below.

Students must apply a concept to a textual example

:-Broadcast news (eg The Channel 4 News, PM)

-Political discussion show (eg Question Time, Any Questions)-

Current affairs (eg Newsnight, Today)-

The talk show (eg The Jeremy Kyle Show)-

Documentary (eg Dispatches, The Report)-

Reality television (eg The X-Factor)-

Lifestyle television (eg How to Look Good Naked)

The essay should focus principally on one concept. It can refer to others in passing if there is significant overlap -eg if discussing impartiality in broadcast news it may be appropriate to briefly mention balance or objectivity. •Similarly, the essay should focus principally on one television, radio example.•Students are encouraged to engage with critical debates that may take place around their chosen example (eg a newspaper’s reaction to a broadcast).•If your analysis refers to specific episodes, you must ensure  you reference the text in full (eg original date of airing, URL for online viewing, channel name, etc).•Be careful not to dilute your analysis by trying to cover lots of areas superficially.•The essay requires students to be critical rather than descriptive. Describing the narrative of a text achieves very little in isolation other than to pad out the word count inefficiently.•Similarly, long general historiographies of concepts or formats are seldom conducive to critical analysis. Significant moments or developments are acceptable providing they pertain to the selected example.•The best work will demonstrate knowledge of the subjects, contextualising relevant themes and issues in relation to historical shifts and the contemporary television landscape.•The assignment should consist of your own analysis of a media text rather than paraphrasing an article by an established author. Higher grades will be awarded to work that is able to apply an argument/framework from one area and apply it to a different example –eg taking the work of Lunt and Stenner on The Jerry Springer Show and applying it to The Jeremy Kyle Show or Higgins’ work on newspapers and applying it to television news.•The essay should be 2500 words. It can go 10% either side of this target without penalty. grades can be penalised for failing to adhere to this target.Your essays must include critical reference to definitions of your chosen concepts from legitimate academic sources, either from within the recommended course reading or from your own independent research. Your assignments must be written entirely in your own words (except for properly acknowledged quotations). A bibliography must be appended. We remind you about, and emphasise the importance of the university regulations on collusion and plagiarism.

unit6 discussion reply1

  1. Describe the pathology of a headache.

Headaches can occur for a variety of reasons. They are frequently caused by irritation of the meninges, blood vessels, or other sites containing pain receptors. Headaches can be caused by blood vessel spasms, strokes (ischemic or hemorrhagic), trauma, infections (including meningitis), sinus infections, stress, caffeine, or vertebral, muscular, and nerve origins. Wei et al. (2014) discovered that applying lipopolysaccharide (LPS) significantly increased the action potential of neurons, implying that fibroblasts may also play a role in headache genesis.

  1. Based on the different etiologies for headaches, which of those fit this patient’s situation?

Migraine without aura — Symptoms include one-sided discomfort, but no nausea, vomiting, or chilly hands. Allergy headaches are similar to nasal congestion and watery eyes, although they are more widespread. Cervicogenic headaches are characterized by discomfort on one side of the head and around the eyes, but no runny nose or weeping. Cluster headache — pain around the eye, nasal congestion, and tearing of the eyes, although no burning has been reported. The headaches last for days or weeks and can last up to a year, yet they only emerge at night, which does not match the client’s description. Based on the facts provided, this appears to be the best match for the client’s history.

  1. What additional aspects of the history and physical examination could provide relevant information to help in the diagnosis?

Is there a history of headaches in the client’s family, and if yes, when did they start? Is there a history of diagnosis? each headache’s onset, length, intensity, location, pain description, triggers, auras, and relieving elements, allergies to certain seasons in the past, caffeine, alcohol, and smoking history, is the client getting a good night’s sleep? do you use any illegal substances?, stress Levels, is there any history of trauma prior to the onset of the headaches?, the impact on Activities of Daily Living,  and Medications for headaches and other ailments currently in use

  1. Based on the history provided and using the following diagnostic tool https://headaches.org/resources/the-complete-headache-chart/(Links to an external site.)(Links to an external site.) (Links to an external site.) as a quick reference of the guideline, you diagnose migraine without aura. List the evidence that supports your diagnosis.

Some of the symptoms match those of migraines without aura, but we don’t have enough information to be sure. Migraine without an aura is one-sided and is accompanied by nausea, vomiting, cold hands, and sound and light sensitivity. The client reported his or her pain as “burning,” with no mention of nausea, vomiting, or sensitivity to stimuli. In addition, the client stated that he was tearing up and had a runny nose, which does not appear to be consistent with the diagnosis.
