Your third assignment will be an analysis of the place and price decisions of a health services organization. You might have to seek out some information on the organization by visiting its website, or if it is an employer interviewing someone who has knowledge of the pricing and distribution decisions.  After you have completed your research, answer each of the following questions in turn following all the general guidelines or written assignments posted in the syllabus.  

1. Brief overview of the organizations service/products and a description of their target market.  This is important to ensure that your analysis considers the needs of the target market in evaluating their pricing and channel decisions.
2. How do you think the organization arrives at its price?  Refer to the Week 6 Overview for a framework of some of the pricing considerations and discuss those that appear relevant to your organization. 
3. Do you think the pricing strategy is appropriate?  Can it be improved to better meet its customer’s needs?
4. Is the organization hindered or helped in their pricing decisions by government or payer restrictions.  If so, how do these restrictions impact their pricing strategy?
5. What kind of value delivery network does the organization employ, e.g. horizontal or vertical, and what is their distribution strategy, e.g. exclusive, intensive or intensive? What factors influence the distribution strategies of this organization?  Are they customer-focused?   If possible, outline all of the channel members and what function they perform to serve the customer?
6. Can you recommend any changes to the value delivery network that would serve customer needs better?

Collaborate with a school leader (e.g., principal, assistant principal, dean of students, teacher leader) about their school’s learning environment and how he or she promotes a learning environment that is conducive for students with disabilities.

Your discussion should address the following prompts:

1. How does the leader promote an inclusive environment for students of all abilities?
2. How does the leader ensure all staff are up-to-date in training associated with disabilities on their campus?
3. What additional training or support does the administration offer faculty and staff who demonstrate increased need for promoting a learning environment that is conducive for students with disabilities?
4. How do you, as a leader, stay up-to-date with regulations regarding disabilities for the students on your campus?
5. What type of services do you provide on your campus?
6. What types of disabilities are present on your campus?
7. How do you factor these services into your budget?
8. What do you do to promote collaboration between the special education staff to encourage support among all staff members?

Include two original questions to obtain further information about areas of interest you may have.

Use any remaining field experience hours to ask the school leader for examples of tests, test results, and IEPs that you can review, maintaining school/district and GCU confidentiality practices.

In 500-750 words, summarize and reflect upon your collaborations and explain how you will use your findings in your future professional practice.

APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.

Create at least two visuals using your data from the data you chose in Week 2. 

1. Create one scatter plot of the data, and apply a linear model (also known as a regression) in Excel®. Include the equation, R2 value, and prediction value on the visual.

Having an understanding of various types of literary texts and genres of literature is crucial in order to know how to integrate them into English language arts lessons in an elementary classroom.

Part 1: Matrix

For this assignment, you will complete the “Literary Genre Matrix” to describe different types of literary texts and how each can be implemented in the classroom.

Below are examples of fiction and nonfiction genre.

• Fiction. Drama, fable , fairy tale, fantasy, folklore, historical fiction, horror, humor, legend, mystery, mythology, poetry, realistic fiction, science fiction, short story, tall tale, etc.
• Nonfiction. Biography, essay, narrative nonfiction, speech, etc.

Part 2: Reflection

In 250-500 words, summarize and reflect on the different literary genre and how each can be implemented in your future classroom. Explain the strategies for student comprehension in reading. What strategies do you use to choose appropriate texts/genres for grade level strands? How does selecting the appropriate text support a positive attitude toward reading and comprehension skills?

Support your findings with at least two scholarly resources.

The Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project team is working hard to ensure that the new system they develop meets expectations. The team has a detailed scope statement, but the project manager, Tony Prince, wants to make sure they’re not forgetting requirements that might affect how people view the quality of the project.
