Instructions

1.Choose any topic associated with international finance (exchange rate, international capital budgeting, direct foreign investment, agencies that facilitate international trades, IRP, PPP, IFE, currency forward/futures/options, etc)

2.Find articles (at least 5 articles) about your topic from academic journals, newspapers, magazines, Google, and Google scholar.

3.Make PPT slides for a 10-minute presentation.

Once all elements of the Marketing Plan have been completed, the final part of the Marketing Plan Project is to create a narrated PowerPoint presentation summarizing the project. This means you will need to record and embed a narrative for each of your slides; i.e., say what you would say if you were presenting in front of a live audience. As such, you will need to attach a microphone/headset with microphone to your computer to record the audio. Prices will vary, but an inexpensive headset with microphone will work fine. You will also need recording/editing software. There are many free audio recording/editing software packages available on the Internet. Just search for, select, and download the one you want to use and follow the instructions for recording/editing audio. Instructions for how to embed audio to your presentation can be found by using the PowerPoint help feature. Click Microsoft’s PowerPoint Narration Guide for additional resources. As a general guideline for creating the presentation, DO NOT copy and paste blocks of text into a slide; rather, use bullet points to summarize the point and elaborate in the narrative. The number of slides will vary; however, the general outline should be followed:  Cover slide – your name and name of project  2 slides for SWOT – one internal, one external  1-2 slides for product description  1 -2 slides for features and benefits  3-4 slides for segmentation – one slide for each segment  8-10 slides for IMC – two for each of your four IMC action items. One slide should be the IMC chart, and the other slide should a visual example or mock-up (where applicable).  A closing slide of your choice  References slide (if necessary) following APA format You may add additional slides if you wish, but be sure to cover the content listed above. Narrate your slides just as if you were presenting them in a classroom. Be brief, but provide enough narrative that your classmates understand your project. Do NOT read the slides. Instead, tell the story of your project in a conversational, yet professional, style. Your presentation should be formatted professionally, free of grammar and spelling errors, and use only appropriate and relevant art or photos.

We are surrounded by forms of discourse that are delivered via visual mediums in the contemporary world. Understanding how arguments and persuasion can be embedded within visual media is vital to being an effective critic of public speech in modern contexts. In order to better identify and critique the messages you receive in everyday life, you and a partner will select a text from pop culture that has a visual component (i.e. an episode of television, a film, a televised comedy special, etc.) that you believe has value as a rhetorical artifact. Create a 15 minute presentation accompanied by a visual aid laying out evidence for your analysis of your artifact. Both students must participate in the presentation and will be evaluated as a team.

1. The presentation must be about 15 minutes long

2. Can now be by yourself or with a partner

3. Cannot analyze the same artifact you focus on in your final paper

4. Must have a visual component such as a Prezi or Powerpoint

5. Video and audio clips must be no more than 3 minutes of your total presentation

6. Should clearly and accurately apply course concepts related to analyzing visual rhetoric discussed in lecture and in the readings

7. Should have a clear thesis or argument about the text they are analyzing and the way visuals are used persuasively in it

1. Summarize the steps that are required for closure of the project, including final release verification and sign-off. 2. Release candidate of application. 3. submit a PPT (at least 8-12 slides) presentation to present the most important takeaway based on the tasks assigned to him/her.

Assume you have been selected to provide a presentation to constituents within your area of educational interest regarding an explanation of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologies. Based on the assigned readings for this week as well as additional sources you identify and reference, develop a PowerPoint presentation focusing on the fundamentals of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologies.

Your presentation should include the following:

• Provide the definition and description of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research.
• Explain the fundamental similarities and differences of each approach.
• Determine the strengths and weaknesses of each approach.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.

Length: 12 slides (with a separate reference slide- no later than 6 years old)

Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide

Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate. Save the file as PPT with the correct course code information.
