Discuss your reflections on one (1) aspect of your work day (e.g., lesson plan, training session) related to the theme of your portfolio, and focus your reflection on key areas where you were successful and areas where you needed improvement.  Based on your reflection in Part 1 of this discussion, speculate on one (1) way in which you would change the selected aspect of your work day in order to foster more effectiveness and efficiency.
