I believe the most important category, of all the multiple categories that exist, which demonstrate growth in an organization, is that the clients that are served by the agency are actually receiving the desired benefit from the company, if not more than the desired benefit. The clients receive actual growth in their lives due to the services that they are supposed to receive and they will recommend people in their lives, such as family and friends, also become consumers of the goods or services on offer. That is how companies grow, of any type, whether they are for profit or are non profit (Harley-McClaskey, 2017). They must demonstrate purpose and value via that essential word-of mouth reference, and once they have that trust from the community, they will find that they have no problem growing their business.
