Now, that you have almost completed this course, you are aware of the valuable tools that are at your disposal for producing positive change throughout the company. Your superiors have asked you to use your expertise to develop a plan to address the current state of the organization, opportunities for change, and development of a plan that will lead the organization to positive change for the near future.  Some of these desired changes include the development of leadership skills in your subordinates and using principles of organizational behavior to reduce and resolve conflicts in light of your global workforce.
